I just change my desktop wallpaper when a year (or less) and believed it was time to refurbish with a few of my preferred Disney images. The initial step is to gather together the images you desire to use for your collage. If you utilize a program to arrange your photos, then you most likely currently are familiar with using it to select pictures you wish to use and exporting them into a Folder. Due to the fact that there are a lot of various programs out there that do this, I won't cover those techniques here.

If you don't utilize an arranging program, no issue, you can go through your folders and select some images by CTRL+ clicking the images you wish to use (holding down the CTRL secret while clicking) OR command+ clicking (if you are on Mac):.

Once all your photos are selected, press CTRL+C (command+ C on a Mac) to copy (or right click > copy), then best click and choose Produce New Folder, then inside that folder CTRL+V to paste the pictures in that folder (or ideal click > paste.

Once all your images are collected, the fun begins!

I keep all my pictures on external harddrives since I have A LOT of them and can't fit them on my device. I likewise want to only utilize my device for conserving and running programs, this assists keep it fast. So, after setting up (which was surprisingly FAST and EASY-- YAY) I selected for Picasa to just search My Documents,

My Photos, and Desktop. The reason I did this is since 1) I utilize another program for picture organization and do not require all my pictures arranged in Picasa too 2) It would take way too long. In this manner, I would be able to include a folder of pictures simply produce a collage.

To generate the pictures I wanted to use, I selected "Import":.

Then, chosen to import from "Folder ...":.

I browsed to the folder where my images were saved, picked open, then selected Import All at the bottom of the window:.

In the bottom of the above window, you can see an area to add a Folder Title, go ahead and go into a name there. Then, select "Import All" with the green check mark next to it.

The folder will show up in the Library tab in the leading left corner.

Click on the Produce Collage icon. You can use the default settings or have fun with different things to see what you like.
